10 jazz trios in 5 days

Every year, the International Broadcast Conference is held at the RAI. It is a massive trade show that attracts video professionals from all over the world to learn about the latest developments in studio cameras, recording, and video editing. Market leader SONY has long had one of the largest booths there, filling an entire exhibition hall. In 2013, jazz trios from Jazz Centrale provided live entertainment, allowing attendees to test SONY’s professional (and extremely expensive) cameras in realistic (concert) settings. Another major advantage of live music at the SONY booth is that the atmospheric music generates extra foot traffic to the booth.
For five days, Jazz Centrale will feature two jazz trios each day, taking turns in shifts to provide guests with an engaging atmosphere.
A standing ovation from SONY’s trade show team (about 35 people) for the musicians at the close of the show attests to the great success of the performance by the jazz professionals from Jazz Centrale.

The rebranding of Old Amsterdam cheese is set to take shape during a two-month campaign. To this end, Old Amsterdam is enlisting the help of the large, professional team at Jazz Centrale through the field marketing agency Veldmark B.V.
Over the course of two months, two jazz bands will perform every Friday and Saturday in two cities across the country.

A roving jazz duo from Jazz Centrale accompanies the Old Amsterdam promotion team, complete with cheese cubes, flyers, and campaign materials, visiting 10 grand cafés each evening. This way, over 200 cafés are visited in two months, where guests enjoy a cheese cube and fifteen minutes of authentic live jazz, all provided on the spot by the Jazz Centrale team!
At the same time, another jazz duo plays elsewhere in the country in theater foyers as the main show lets out. While people are still enjoying the performance, they receive an Old Amsterdam cheese cube from the promotion team and get to enjoy swinging live jazz, brought to them by Jazz Centrale.
To wrap up the campaign, 5 Facebook likers are treated to 5 fully catered drinks receptions, complete with a jazz band.
The campaign is a huge success. Jazz Centrale supplies a total of about 45 jazz bands, in various configurations and with great flexibility.

Despite the great complexity of this project, the Jazz Centrale team successfully contributed to Old Amsterdam’s rebranding campaign.

In March 2013, the event boat Pure-Liner will serve as the fantastic venue for the product celebrations of the perfume brand Narciso Rodriguez.
Over the course of seven evenings spread across two weeks, the Pure-Liner will sail to major cities in Belgium and the Netherlands, where all Narciso Rodriguez perfumers can celebrate the perfume’s success.

The evenings should capture the atmosphere of New York, the Rodriguez family’s hometown. What could be more fitting than a live jazz band from Jazz Centrale featuring singer Eline?
The Jazz Centrale performances went off without a hitch, much to the delight of the client, Dimitri Weber, who was responsible for the concept and execution of the events.
3 consecutive days of non-stop live jazz

For Nestlé Professional, the food fair in Leuven is a key annual event for securing orders. At the large and beautifully decorated booth, Jazz Centrale will provide live jazz for three consecutive days with a swinging duo featuring a grand piano and double bass, while visitors and customers discuss their needs with Nestlé’s account managers. While live jazz plays all day long, the most delicious snacks are also prepared à la minute at the booth.
By implementing this concept with live jazz, a large number of additional visitors are attracted by the pleasant sounds. After all, they can be heard throughout the entire exhibition floor!
The trade show days were a huge success for Nestlé Professional. The live jazz music was organized flawlessly by Jazz Centrale and carried out to everyone’s satisfaction.

Over the course of two weeks, ING Bank will be hosting masterclasses for individual investors across the country. The venues will be ING branches in various cities. After attendees have participated in a comprehensive masterclass, the closing reception will feature a small jazz duo from Jazz Centrale. Each evening, Jazz Centrale will provide two jazz duos that will perform simultaneously at two different locations.
Needless to say, this job was no problem at all for Jazz Centrale! Thanks to our large team, we were able to have two jazz bands play at the same time. Setup took only a few minutes, so guests could enjoy live jazz almost immediately during the reception.
By incorporating this live jazz concept, a large number of additional visitors are drawn in by the lively sounds. After all, they can be heard throughout the entire exhibition floor!
