Le répertoire de SaraLee est extrêmement vaste. Il se compose en grande partie des grands classiques du jazz que vous connaissez bien grâce aux CD et aux vinyles : Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, etc. SaraLee a su s'approprier tous les styles classiques et reproduit les classiques du jazz avec une fidélité et un talent inégalés, tout en y apportant sa touche personnelle.

Mais elle passe aussi sans difficulté à un répertoire plus contemporain, par exemple vers la fin du spectacle, lorsque l'on souhaite entendre des tubes un peu plus entraînants.
